In a man’s wallet, you would usually find various papers, bills, cards and even a condom. Some are really important and some are not. At times, his wallet would be too crowded that he’d even forget the other things inside it. His wallet would be seen bulging at the back of his pants or the front pocket of his jacket. His pants look like it’s falling on one side or his jacket lopsided. If you want to avoid looking like him, then you should consider getting the best thin wallets money can buy and follow most experts’ advice – only have these four important things in your wallet.
Of course, a real man would always have cash read in case of emergencies. It does not have to be a bunch of big bills; you would only need enough cash to get you through the day if you suddenly get stuck in a place that does not have any ATMs or shops that accept any of your cards. Even if you are just going out for a night out with your friends or a girl, you would need small bills to tip the waiter or valet to impress your date.
2. Credit/Debit Cards
This is one thing that most men stuff their wallets with – credit or debit cards. You would not be using all five of your credit cards in a day at the office, will you? Unless you would be traveling or go on a shopping spree, you need not carry all your cards with you. Maybe just one or two cards will do on a normal working day. One debit card and one credit card are enough.
You should not think of getting out of the house without any form of identification with you. Your company or school ID is the most important. You would need to take your driver’s license, too. No need for your various membership IDs or club IDs during normal days. You should only take them in days you would be meeting up with the group or going to the country club where you would need to show your ID to get in.
4. Other Cards
Business cards are important because you wouldn’t know when you would need to give out information about your business or the company you work with important clients. However, you would only need to carry around five, or even less, with you. Other cards such as discount cards and coupons should only be placed in the wallet if you would be going to that specific shop for the day. Leave the other cards that you would not be using behind.
If you have noticed, the list does not include medical cards, social security cards, and insurance cards. Although they are also important, you can keep somewhere safe in your house and only take them with you if you are going to use them on a specific day. Social security cards would only be used for legal purposes. You could have a copy of your car insurance and put it in your car then leave the original copy at home.
